November 24, 2007 Event Report

A small but dedicated group of volunteers planted 88 native trees and shrubs in the Thistle Street Green Space on Saturday, November 24. The weather for the work party was great for this time of year---it wasn't raining!---and the sun even broke through in the mid-afternoon. There were only five of us, so we didn't have time to put in the groundcovers or mulch all of the newly planted trees. Come out and join us for our next work party! You can find the schedule here.
