Our Lady of Guadalupe School Finishes Work for the 2006-2007 School Year

The sixth graders at Our Lady of Guadalupe School (OLG) held their last work party on May 15th. OLG has adopted the Sensory Garden at the Thistle Street Green Space and holds monthly work parties to maintain the space. During the ’06-’07 school year, OLG was responsible for removing mountains of weeds from the Sensory Garden and for refreshing it with the addition of some new native plantings. OLG is planning on coming back next year with a new sixth grade class. Thank you to all our OLG volunteers!
