September 10, 2005 - Seattle Pacific University turned out a large and hard working crew for this work party. Large amounts of invasive plants were removed along the creek and a heavy layer of mulch spread which will allow planting of native species in the near future.

Even future SPU students pitched in and did their share. Although not an SPU student, Jay Mirro a local resident, is an ever present fixture at the work party events.
